This page explains how to delete the data SeoGeo processes through your Instagram/Facebook (Meta) connection or while you use the Service. Türkçe sürüm.

1. Disconnect Instagram in the SeoGeo panel

Sign in to your SeoGeo account.
Open the Social Media section in the left menu.
Disconnect your connected Instagram account.

Once disconnected, SeoGeo no longer publishes posts or replies to messages or comments on your behalf.

2. Remove the SeoGeo app in Facebook settings

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
Go to Business Integrations.
Find SeoGeo in the list, select it and click Remove.

This revokes the permissions you granted to SeoGeo on Meta’s side and invalidates any stored access tokens.

3. Request deletion of all your data

To permanently delete all data associated with your account, send an email with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address registered to your SeoGeo account to info@seogeo.com.tr. Include your account email address and, if applicable, your connected Instagram username.

After verifying your identity, we complete the deletion within 30 days.
We confirm completion by email.

What is deleted

Your account details (name, email, password hash) and team memberships;
Instagram/Facebook connection details, Page and Instagram business account IDs and encrypted access tokens;
Instagram posts, received messages and comments, replies sent, CRM contact records and automation rules;
Google Search Console / Analytics connections and data retrieved from them;
Your websites, keywords, generated content, reports and CMS connection details;
Images and videos stored as part of the Service.

What is retained for legal obligations

Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Turkish tax and commercial law.
Server and security logs: for the period required by Turkish Law No. 5651 (up to 2 years).
Correspondence about your deletion request: to demonstrate that it was fulfilled.

Such data is kept only for these legal purposes and is deleted or anonymised when the period ends.
