Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SeoGeo service offered at seogeo.com.tr (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Türkçe sürüm.

2. Description of the Service

SeoGeo is a software-as-a-service product offering AI-assisted SEO/GEO content generation, keyword and competitor research, site audits, publishing to WordPress and other CMSs, Google Search Console/Analytics reporting, and Instagram publishing, a message/comment inbox and CRM features. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

3. Accounts and responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at info@seogeo.com.tr.
  • You confirm that you are authorised to connect the websites, CMSs, Google and Instagram/Meta accounts you link to the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • create or send spam, or misleading, fake or deceptive content;
  • violate the Instagram Terms of Use, Facebook and Meta Platform Terms, Community Guidelines and developer policies, the Google API Services terms, or the rules of any other third-party platform;
  • publish unlawful, hateful or defamatory content, or content infringing intellectual property or personality rights;
  • process third parties’ personal data unlawfully;
  • reverse engineer, gain unauthorised access to, overload or circumvent the security of the Service.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these rules.

5. Content ownership and licence

You own the content you upload to, or generate with, the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to the term of the Service, to use that content solely to provide the Service (storing, processing, sending it to AI providers and publishing it to the platforms you connect). You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content. All rights in the SeoGeo software, brand and interface belong to Kio Yazılım.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text, images and video. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, legality and originality before publishing it. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as search rankings, traffic or sales.

7. Credits, subscriptions and payments

  • Paid features are subject to the plans and credit terms shown on the pricing page.
  • Payments are collected through a licensed payment service provider; SeoGeo does not store your card details.
  • Credits can only be used within the Service, are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Validity periods are stated at purchase.
  • Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.
  • If you act as a consumer, your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. The right of withdrawal may be subject to statutory exceptions for digital services performed immediately.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Meta, Google, CMS providers and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or restrictions they place on your accounts. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and where mandatory law provides otherwise, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time or request data deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, unlawful use or non-payment. Upon termination your data is deleted in accordance with the periods set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published on this site; continued use of the Service after publication means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Aydın have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence within the monetary limits set by law.
